I provide mental health and relationship counseling, and have worked in both private and non-profit social service agencies for over 15 years. I am a Certified Practitioner with the Institute for Rapid Resolution Therapy and a National Certified Counselor.

I love to work with clients using Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT), including Rapid Trauma Resolution (RTR). This is an innovative therapeutic approach for reducing and even eliminating emotional pain. I could hardly believe how effective it was myself at first; but having now been using the approach for over ten years I am continually excited about the positive results that RRT has on each person's life.
